High Holiday Services
High Holidays: Information and Details
This year, we will hold 4 out of 5 of our High Holidays services at Ashland High School. This will provide attendees the opportunity to space out to ensure comfort for attendees of all ages.
In-person services will be held at the Ashland High School Auditorium (AHS), located at 65 E Union St, Ashland, MA, with the exception of Neilah, which will be held at Ashland Community Center, located at 162 W Union St, Ashland, MA.
As we get closer to the High Holidays, Zoom links will be provided via our email newsletter and on our website to access streamed services. Email info@shaareishalom.org to sign up for the email newsletter.

Erev Rosh Hashanah – Friday, September 15, 2023, at 7:00 pm – AHS + Virtual option
Rosh Hashanah – Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 9:30 am – AHS + Virtual option
Schedule of Services for Yom Kippur
Kol Nidre – Sunday, September 24, 2023, at 7:00 pm – AHS + Virtual option
Morning Service – Monday, September 25, 2023, at 9:30 am – AHS + Virtual option
Ne’ilah Service – Monday, September 25, 2023, at 6:30 pm – Ashland Community Center + Virtual option
We will not hold services for Rosh Hashanah Day 2 this year.
Prayer books for virtual attendees: If you’d like a prayer book to use from home, email president@shaareishalom.org to arrange to pick up a book.

Suggested Donations, Not Tickets!
As is our custom, our services are open to the entire MetroWest community. Although we do not require membership or tickets to attend our services, for non-members we do have an expected donation to help cover our considerable costs. Sha’arei Shalom has always placed a high value on opening our services to all; we depend on these donations to help us keep this possible. Expected donations are:
Individuals: $275.00 Couples: $300.00 Families: $325.00
Please mail your contribution prior to the holidays to: Sha’arei Shalom, P.O. Box 454, Ashland MA 01721. If your situation allows for a larger contribution, we would greatly appreciate it.
